Engineering Manager We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Core Platform team (5 engineers) within our Platform tribe. This role involves mentoring, coaching, leading delivery, and hands-on contribution to develop foundational tools and standards that boost developer productivity and consistency across applications. Responsibilities include: Leading and enhancing developer productivity and application consistency. Aligning team objectives with company goals through collaboration with product groups and other tribes. Fostering team development through coaching and creating a supportive environment. Encouraging open communication and feedback. Working in an agile environment to build, launch, monitor, and support products. Identifying process improvements and supporting team learning. Ideal candidate profile: Experience in growing and guiding teams. Openness to feedback and leadership support. Effective communication skills in English. Experience with agile development and familiarity with technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, Django, VueJs, and others. Recruitment process: Initial call with talent acquisition (1h).
