Job Description
Location: Madrid, Spain Senior Business Process Consultant The Senior Business Process Consultant provides expertise in assessing, documenting, and designing business processes and workflows in both “as-is” and “to-be” states. They understand ServiceNow's process and workflow capabilities and are experts in recreating process designs on the platform. They advise senior management on operations, strategic initiatives, business process improvements, outcomes, and implementation plans for ServiceNow suites or technical change initiatives based on industry standards and best practices, including ITIL. Using research, business knowledge, project management, change management, and process improvement expertise, they guide decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning. They identify business and technical improvement opportunities to increase operational effectiveness and deliver value through ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities: Drive process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis during workshops with stakeholders. Develop documentation such as agendas, presentations, gap analysis reports, process diagrams, and role definitions. Promote continuous process improvement through metrics, dashboards, and role accountability. Manage and communicate security processes and requirements to ensure solutions meet customer expectations. Provide training and mentoring to team members. Assist in detailed design and implementation phases for security engagements. Contribute to the improvement of implementation methodologies and service offerings. Support delivery teams in resolving critical issues during engagements. Build and maintain product-service solutions. Support scoping and current product developments. Stay informed on product releases, competitive analyses, and differentiators. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably an MBA. 8 years of consulting experience with ServiceNow processes and tools. 8 years in process definition, improvement, and re-engineering. Experience in developing requirements documentation and process artifacts. 5 years leading digital transformation or managing technical systems. Strong skills in requirements gathering and process documentation. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, proficiency in Visio, Word, PowerPoint. Ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic options. Experience with ServiceNow applications (CSM, ITSM, SPM, HR, ITOM) and additional tools like Performance Analytics. Knowledge of frameworks like COBIT and Agile methodologies. Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written); Madrid-based preferred. Required Certifications: ITIL v3/v4, ServiceNow System Administrator, 2 SN CIS certifications.
