Maintenance Operative

Tradeline require an experienced maintenance operative to assist on a recently completed residential development in Peckham. This is a part time role, working 3 days a week with working hours of 10am-5pm. A day rate of £180.00 is on offer alongside flexible working days. The role will involve; * Reporting directly to the Community Manager * Work and interact with the residents to diagnose, repair, and resolve their issues * Help maintain, monitor and oversee the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and compliance requirements for the development via H&S and PPM software/ forms * Perform all relevant safety procedures * Maintenance issues will be repaired quickly and effectively. * Carpentry, joinery, painting and decorating * Basic plumbing and electrical experience * Effective Communicator * Tech-savvy * Understanding of H&S compliance For more information please contact Niall at Tradeline on (phone number removed)
