Finance Manager - Manufacturing

We are working in partnership with a fantastic manufacturing business based in East Kent who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a key role in the business where you will be responsible for:- Lead and oversee all budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning activities including detailed reporting and variance analysis- Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate accruals, prepayments and analysis of performance against key financial KPIs- Develop finance packs and dashboards to support business decision-making - Facilitate monthly performance reviews with senior stakeholders, offering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations- Set internal pricing structures to ensure profitability and alignment with broader business strategies- Analyse cost movements, including supplier pricing and product margins, to identify risks and opportunities- Participate in regular cross-functional meetings, providing financial guidance and risk assessments- Conduct financial evaluations and business cases for new commercial initiatives and strategic investmentsThe successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with excellent communication and analytical skills.Unfortunately, due to the high number of applications currently being received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
