Software Controls Engineer

Techniche Global are supporting a market leader in turnkey packaging and process machinery solutions, as they seek an experienced Software Controls Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Engineer with expertise in design and development of controls systems, with 90% of their work on Rockwell AB controls with limited other PLC software experience desirable but not essential. The role is offering an attractive salary and package circa £50,000, plus further benefits. Role Responsibilities include: Design and Develop control systems in a PLC environment Produce, install and commission HMI code to suit machine specifications Work together with other engineering departments to get the equipment through the FAT and SAT processes. Consult with, and support, the installation and commissioning phases of the project to ensure successful and timely completion to the customers’ satisfaction.
