EC&I Design Engineer

FINTEC recruit is seeking EC&I Design Engineer - working for an established engineering consultancy business based in Cumbria. Salaries are depending on experience from circa £45,000 up to £55,000 plus bonus structure. These are permanent positions, office based. Working within a design team working on nuclear projects. Working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, additional benefits including pension, critical illness, flexible working, regular overtime. Training will be given. Responsibilities: * Involved in EC&I design projects * Design output/delivery meeting client specifications for successful manufacture, installation and commissioning * EC&I design for plant and equipment operations * Carry out survey work at client site Skills and Experience required for the EC&I Design role * Knowledge of piping design, particularly within a nuclear environment or highly regulated industry * Knowledge of design tools and design calculation packages * Awareness of HAZOP and CDM regulations * Qualified in a relevant engineering/design discipline Level 4 (HNC/TEC) or higher Full details for the EC&I Design role available on application.
