Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) Location: Based in Lincoln, Boston, or Sleaford Salary: £36,000 per year Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time We are seeking a dependable and experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role covering commercial sites within approximately one hour’s travel from your base in Lincoln, Boston, or Sleaford. You will work across a range of sites including commercial offices, retail stores, and small units, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance tasks. The role offers a varied workload and the autonomy to manage your own diary. Key Responsibilities * 30% electrical work (repairs, installations, testing, etc.) * 70% general building maintenance (fabric repairs, basic plumbing, etc.) * Complete 70–80 PPMs per month * Manage your own schedule and workload * Participate in a 1-in-8 call-out rota (£165 standby pay) * Provide a professional service across all client sites What’s Included * Company van and fuel card * Tools provided * Door-to-door pay (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm) * Overtime available * Free parking at sites Requirements * 18th Edition qualification * Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) * Experience in electrical and general building maintenance * Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for stability, autonomy, and variety in their day-to-day work.
