Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Mobile Position Monday to Friday, Flexible Working Hours Kent & Surrounding Areas An opportunity has come to the market working for one of the largest FM companies as a Mobile Maintenance Electrician across a contract working for one of the most well known multinational DIY retailing company. This clients business was founded in the 1960's and has approximately 311 stores across the UK. We're looking for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join a team of engineers carrying out general M&E maintenance and compliance works across these sites. In this role you will cover approximately 30 sites. This leading FM company services clients across 77 different countries and employs over 80,000 staff worldwide and over 8,500 in the UK alone with an annual revenue of over £27b. We're looking for an Maintenance Electrician with a multi skilled background who is comfortable working in a retail background and working at heights if/when necessary. In this role you will carry out different maintenance and compliance duties and work on equipment such as the below; * Emergency Lighting testing * BMS Systems * Air Handling Units * General building fabric maintenance * Electrical Shutter Systems and much more Job benefits for a Maintenance Electrician * Salary - £40,000 Basic Salary * On-Call 1 in 9 * £135 P/W Standby 4 hours minimum call out * Personal use of the van available * Half hour each way travel pay
