HVAC Engineer Swindon £40,000 - £50,000 Please see below a bit more information about the type of engineers my client is looking for; We are seeking an experienced and qualified Field Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across commercial settings including private care, veterinary, and retail sectors. Key Responsibilities: * Perform servicing, fault-finding, and repairs on HVAC and gas systems. * Deliver high standards of customer service while working in live commercial environments. * Complete documentation and reports in line with company and client requirements. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Requirements: * Valid Commercial and Domestic Gas qualifications (essential). * FGAS certification (essential). * OFTEC certification (desirable). * Enhanced DBS check required due to client requirements. * All qualifications must be current and in date. * Good communication and problem-solving skills. Salary & Benefits: * £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience). * Flat salary paid door to door. * Company vehicle, tools, and uniform provided. * Join a company with industry-leading staff retention — only two engineers have left since our inception in 2017
