Freelance Site Engineer

Freelance Site Engineer Rugby Start 21st July 2025 Duration 18 weeks I am recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Engineer on behalf of a specialist sub-contractor to work on a secure facility (prison project) in the Northamptonshire area. This role focuses on setting out for pre-cast concrete elements over a sustained 18-week period, working on walls, cores, and stair units with a tightly managed installation programme. EL1 CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT THE ROLE: • Setting out pre-cast units to tight tolerances • QA and record keeping for installations • Working closely with lifting teams and install crews • Coordination with main contractor and subcontract teams • Maintaining H&S at all times THE CANDIDATE: • Strong background in setting out for pre-cast concrete • CSCS card (essential) • EL1 Clearance is a requirement as this is a prison site • Previous experience on secure or high-spec sites desirable • Must have right to work in the UK Apply now with an up to date CV or contact Dan Standish at Kenton Black (Leeds) for more info
