Site Manager – NEC experience required Chippenham £45,000 to £70,000 My client is a reputable construction company that predominantly specialises on Government projects such as the MOD. The project involves the new build construction and fit out of a large prefabricated, single storey building and is likely going to run for 1 year approximately. Duties: * Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance * Coordinating subcontractors and trades to ensure smooth project delivery * Managing site documentation, permits, and health & safety compliance * Liaising with project teams, clients, and stakeholders * Monitoring progress and reporting to the Project Manager * Ensuring works are delivered to specification and within agreed timescales Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on MOD or secured environment projects would be beneficial but not essential * Strong background in managing both new build and refurbishment works * SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications * Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills * Eligibility for security clearance is essential
