Technical Co-Ordinator

Technical Coordinator - 6 month Contract - Based at Stokesley, Yorkshire Our client is a Nationwide, highly respected housing developer who specialise in niche, high quality new build housing. An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Coordinator to join the business on an initial 6 month contract. Our client is seeking a Technical Coordinator who must be an all rounder with Developer or Main Contracting housing experience. You must be able to manage all aspects of the design process (architectural, engineering, M&E, sustainability, contractor design). The individual must be well organised, methodical and disciplined whom is able to own and close out design items. Operating hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00
