MEP Manager - West London £20m MEP Package | Major Projects | Immediate Start Available Fawkes & Reece are proud to be supporting a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the search for an experienced MEP Manager to join one of their major developments based in West London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking main contractor on a complex, high-value scheme. In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing the performance of the MEP contractors on site - overseeing health & safety, programme delivery, quality control, and coordination of technical submissions and package interfaces. With a total MEP package value of £16 million, you'll be leading both the main contractor and several CDP package elements. What you'll be doing: Managing the full MEP lifecycle: procurement, design coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning through to handover Ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are met Leading coordination across multiple subcontractors and interfaces Day-to-day liaison with other trades and site management team Reporting directly to the Project Director What we're looking for: Strong background in either mechanical or electrical engineering Experience managing MEP packages with main contractors or large MEP subcontractors Proven ability to manage complex MEP packages across multiple blocks or sites Sound technical knowledge and appreciation of all building services disciplines IT literate with excellent attention to detail Relevant qualifications in building services or engineering are advantageous If you're an experienced MEP professional looking for your next long-term project with a top-tier contractor, we'd love to hear from you
