Salesforce Technical Lead – Outside IR35 – Hybrid We're partnered with a leading tech-driven organisation currently on the lookout for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join their growing team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive high-impact Salesforce programmes at an enterprise level, where you'll own technical design, lead development teams, and bring structure and clarity to complex solutions. What they’re looking for: You’ll need to be someone who not only knows Salesforce inside and out but can also communicate clearly and confidently . The team values those who deliver structured, concise answers, seek clarity when needed, and have the leadership presence to guide discussions and teams alike. The Ideal Profile: ✔️ Strong technical background in Salesforce, coming from a development-heavy role ✔️ Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ ✔️ Proven track record of delivering high-level and low-level technical designs ✔️ Experience working with enterprise-level architecture and multi-cloud environments ✔️ Familiarity with MuleSoft , Order Management Systems (OMS) and RLM ✔️ Excellent communication skills – able to lead conversations, clarify requirements, and explain complex topics simply ✔️ Strong stakeholder engagement, capable of leading design reviews and technical deep dives Contract Details: Location : Hybrid in Oxford Start : ASAP Rate : £500 - £750 outside IR35 ⏳ Length : Initial 6 months with likely extensions If you're a Salesforce leader who’s confident in front of the business and just as comfortable under the hood writing and reviewing code — this is the one for you.
