Junior Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Trainee) Shrewsbury Circa £16ph – Average 50 Hours per Week – Circa £42,000 OTE 1.3x Overtime Rate on Weekends Ongoing Internal and External Training Days based – 5am start Junior Engineer required for a leading manufacturer who can offer extensive training and development. This role would suit someone who can demonstrate previous hands-on experience in any field but looking to step into a maintenance role within manufacturing. The successful candidate will be joining a small team responsible for carrying out maintenance on food production equipment. You will carry out both mechanical and electrical maintenance and adhere to H&S regulations. The Junior Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Role: • Maintenance of food production equipment • Ongoing training – internal and external • Days based – starting at 5am until production finishes (times can vary between 1pm and 5pm) • Average 50 Hours per week The Junior Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Candidate: • Any hands on experience
