Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Industrial Cooling Sales Engineer support LU-VE Plant in Italy . In your role you will report to the Industrial Cooling Sales Manager and you will be part of Sales & marketing Cooling System Department . You will be based in LU-VE S.p.A, Uboldo (VA), Italy. Mission of the role The Industrial Cooling Sales Engineer will have the responsibility to manage sales of the Industrial Cooling business in the assigned Area. He / She will be responsible for the product sales from all factories where Industrial Cooling products are manufactured. You will be in charge of Provide pre-sales technical assistance, defining technical-commercial solutions to customers; Identify market / customer requirements and specifics, develop and execute the strategies and tactics for growth of orders and profitability in the agreed sales territory; Establish new and maintain existing relationships with customers; Regular customer visits and reporting; Drive creative solution to minimize the importance of price and maximize the differentiated values of product; Being aware and share any important information about market trend; Monitoring competition behavior; Monitoring customer payments behavior in collaboration the credit department, adjusting the credit limit according to the situation; Report regularly on market trends, competition strategies and customer behaviors which may affect business strategies and on quotation & project potential; Education & Experience we are looking for Experienced self-standing Sales manager delivering solutions and managing business development in the assigned area; Technical education or bachelor’s engineering degree; At least 3/5 years of professional experience in Technical Sales and Business Development in companies directly or indirectly operating in the Industrial Cooling business, renewable business, energy business, EPCs; Proven Experience in international sales management and motivation working in matrix organization; Qualifications we are looking for Fluent in English both written and oral (a second foreign language will be a plus); Willingness to travel and an ability to work under own initiative; Benefits highlights: (please list the benefits that applies to your plant) Flexible work hours/hybrid work environment; Extensive learning opportunities and flexible career path We offer a chance to grow and develop your own expertise within our Company.
