Travel Ultrasound Technologist - $2,700 per week

ProKatchers is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel job in The Dalles, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Ultrasound Technician Standard shift: Days Weekly schedule: 5x8 Description: Performs ultrasonic diagnostic procedures in accordance with accepted protocols as directed by physicians. Produces images of internal body tissues in order to diagnose and monitor a variety of conditions such as heart disease, pregnancy and cancer. Supervises and mentors ultrasound students. Maintains equipment. This position is represented by OFNHP. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in radiological technology or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor's): Preferred Certificate or diploma from approved ultrasound school: Required Licensing/Certification: Must have OMBI & ARRT/RDMS with Breast Certification. Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification in Abdomen (AB), Obstetrics (OB) or Vascular (RVT); or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS); or Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Sonography (S) or (VS):: Required American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or CCI Registered Vascular Specialist (CCI RVS) or ARRT-Sonography (ARRT-S) or ARRT-Vascular Sonography (ARRT-VS): Required Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technician Must be able to inject contrast.
