Accountant

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience (property or financial services sector) is advantageous Computer literate (MS Word and MS Excel) Experience with VAT, loan schedules, and management accounts preparation High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong analytical and reconciliation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent organizational and time-management abilties Duties will include, but not limited to: Daily processing of bank accounts, loan transactions, bond and lease-to-own transactions, bad debts, etc. Preparing VAT201 and YTD reconciliations Prepare management accounts Prepare and maintain loan schedules and circulating to lenders Loading payments for legal expenses and loan repayments Ensuring intercompany loans reconcile monthly Assisting with preparation of compliance documents for National Credit Regulation.
