Senior Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll lead the discovery and delivery of business solutions, streamline processes, and work closely with stakeholders to drive strategic impact. Responsibilities: · 5 years in performance improvement, including 2 years as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst. · Perform requirements gathering, process analysis, and gap analysis to ensure client needs are met. · Create detailed use cases and collaborate with technical teams to implement functionality. · Conduct product testing, user training, and prepare SLA reports. · Build strong client relationships and provide first-line support. · Identify opportunities for process and service improvements.
