The Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and the ability to create custom applications and integrations. understanding the business requirement of the company, preparing blueprint for implementing the project; validating the requirement of the report, participation in changes in customize; providing training to end-use, sorting out daily queries of end-users; and enhancing SAP for end-user based on requirement. Key dilverables: 1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis • Documentation of Requirements: Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders. • Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between current processes and desired outcomes. • Use Case Development: Create detailed use cases and user stories to guide development. 2. Solution Design • Technical Specifications: Develop detailed technical specifications based on business requirements. • Process Mapping: Design and map out workflows and processes within ServiceNow. • Prototype Development: Create prototypes or mock-ups to demonstrate proposed solutions. • Module Development: Develop and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and others. • Custom Applications: Build custom applications and modules as per the business needs. • Scripting: Write and maintain scripts including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions. • Workflow Design: Design and implement workflows and automation processes. 3. Configuration and Customization • System Configuration: Configure ServiceNow modules and applications according to specifications. • Custom Development: Develop custom scripts, business rules, and UI policies as needed. • Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications. 4. Integration • Integration Development: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, MID servers, and other integration tools. • Data Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and other systems. 5. Testing and Quality Assurance • Test Plans: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets requirements. • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution. • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT sessions and gather feedback from end-users. 6. Deployment and Implementation • Deployment Plan: Create and execute a deployment plan for moving changes to production. • Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities if necessary. • Go-Live Support: Provide support during the go-live phase to ensure a smooth transition. 7. Documentation and Training • User Guides: Develop comprehensive user guides and documentation. • Training Materials: Create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. • Knowledge Transfer: Ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams for ongoing support. • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations and developments. • User Documentation: Assist in creating user manuals and guides for end-users and administrators. Primary skills • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. • Experience in ITSM , GRC products. • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog • ServiceNow Platform to meet the Identified Business requirements and Functional needs. • Support ServiceNow Platforms through Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Root-cause analysis and Implementing Bug-Fixes • Review user stories to understand requirements and technical architecture documentation for solution. • Troubleshoot any errors found in the ServiceNow configuration. • Complete the deployment of solutions across sub-production and production environments. • Provide training for each tools functionality both in person and through using other methods. • Document, maintain and update policies, procedures and controls for the operation of the ServiceNow platform. • Conduct user training and create documentation. • Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and reports. • Must be professional, well-spoken and able to interact with internal Teams and customers. • Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues. • Assist in the development of ServiceNow best practices and standards. • Perform data analysis and reporting using ServiceNow's reporting tools. • Must be self-directed and able to manage competing priorities and proactively communicate when conflicts arise. • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. • Knowledge of ITIL v3 / v4 • Design and develop custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. • Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD. • Create and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Perform unit testing and participate in system testing and user acceptance testing. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications. • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and enhancements. • Minimum 4 years of Servicenow Development experience on ITSM, ITOM (Discovery/CMDB) and ideally IRM/GRC suite • CSA Certification, Implementation Specialist Certification • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model. • Experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred. • Having Exposure to integrations and developing complex solutions; Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages • Knowledge of the Demand Module (SPM) and Agile 2.0 • Proficiency in ServiceNow development and customization. • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
