Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager who thrives on solving complex challenges and leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes. This position provides Technical Program Management leadership and is responsible for the end-to-end, on-time delivery of one or more programs and solutions. This includes managing all phases-from requirements gathering and design through engineering development, verification, integration, and release for production deployment or customer delivery. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical programs on time and within scope. Manage program timelines, milestones, risks, and resources. Drive collaboration across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. Ensure alignment of program goals with business objectives and customer needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience managing technical programs. Demonstrated experience in product development or business analysis with broad cross-functional collaboration. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proven success in managing distributed and multicultural teams. Ability to manage multiple small programs or one medium-sized program , including associated risk and resource planning.
