Requirements: 3 years of experience as Software Project Manager Experience in the Automotive, Electronics, Metallurgy, or Manufacturing industries. Proficiency in JIRA. Experience with Microsoft Project. Advanced English (C1 or C2 certification required). Hybrid work model (3 days on-site –Celaya, Guanajuato). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Understanding and gathering requirements. Implementing project strategies from inception to production deployment. Executing end-to-end (E2E) projects. Developing projections/estimations. Creating work plans and status reports. Team coordination. Managing risks, dependencies, and impediments. Proficiency in Agile frameworks (SCRUM). Executing Agile events and adapting them based on organizational needs. Managing work (user stories, tasks, defects, incidents). Estimation techniques. Tracking project progress using key metrics. Applying development methodologies and standards for software analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation. Budget management. What’s in for you?
