Job Description

The Salesforce Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and delivery of Salesforce solutions within the organization. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and technical architects, to ensure that the delivery meets business needs and adheres to best practices. The Salesforce Delivery Lead will also be responsible for resource management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Guide and motivate teams, facilitate communication, and ensure everyone is aligned with project goals. Manage project timelines and resources effectively, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Oversee the technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, including integration with other systems and data management strategies. Identify and mitigate delivery related project risks, addressing issues as they arise to keep projects on track. Continuously seek ways to improve project delivery processes and increase efficiency. Promote best practices in Salesforce project delivery and maintain documentation for processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8 years of experience in delivery of Salesforce solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud platform capabilities Proven track record of managing successful projects from inception to completion. Position requires exceptional verbal and written communication, collaboration, negotiation, influential leadership, innovative thinking and relationship-building skills with Business and IT stakeholders, customers, and suppliers in a highly matrix environment. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect) are a plus. Bilingual English / Spanish (must)
