Join our Customer Service team in Italy as In-Vitro Customer Service Team Leader . The Customer Field Service Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of field service engineers to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and exceptional customer service abilities. The Team Leader will coordinate service activities, support team members, and act as a liaison between customers and Siemens Healthineers. Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor field service engineers, providing guidance and support for effective performance. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, share updates, and promote best practices. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, escalating when necessary. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote satisfaction and loyalty. Oversee scheduling and dispatching of field service technicians to ensure resource efficiency. Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing education for technicians. Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure all field service operations comply with company policies, standards, and safety regulations. Promote a safety culture through regular safety briefings and training. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in a field service role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Strong technical knowledge related to Laboratory Solutions. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed. Fluent in English, both written and oral. Resident in Lazio area, preferably in Rome. Your Attributes and Skills Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to convey complex technical content clearly. Proactive, dynamic, and goal-oriented. Curious, open to learning, flexible, and willing to relocate within the assigned region. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Intercultural sensitivity; experienced in managing people and fostering high-performance teams.
