Enhance your knowledge of the Life Sciences Industry by combining your strategic, business, marketing, and commercial expertise. Participate in high-complexity projects and revolutionize how business is conducted by handling the following activities: Lead global teams to deliver CRM / omnichannel strategy, readiness, technology rollouts, and operations for Life Sciences clients. Define the omnichannel approach to strengthen relationships and communication with HCPs and/or Patients. Design innovative services for HCPs and Patients, leveraging customer experience principles, and develop new business initiatives from market analysis to solution architecture, business case, and investment approval. Lead project delivery to ensure long-term success for clients with practical roadmaps for strategy implementation, change management, process redesign, technology deployment, and acting as an advisor on CRM best practices. Manage client relationships, build trust, and act as a trusted advisor on commercial strategy matters. Identify, develop, and deliver new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategy recommendations and drive results. Mentor and coach junior team members. Le tue caratteristiche If you are passionate about consulting in the Life Sciences Industry and possess the following characteristics, we are waiting for you: 7-10 years’ experience in Consulting and Life Sciences Industry. Knowledge of main commercial processes in Life Sciences, from product launch to HCP and Patient engagement. Experience in business transformation programs related to Patient Services projects, HCP omnichannel strategy definition and delivery, as well as designing and executing engagement and nurturing campaigns for HCPs and Patients. Experience in developing business propositions and ROI evaluations. Ability to interact with clients, understand their business context, and address specific needs. Project management, delivery, and team coordination skills and experience. Fluency in English. Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or Scientific disciplines.
