We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Demand Planner reporting to EMEA Demand Manager to support our demand planning and forecasting processes using the SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) system. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of demand forecasts, collaborating across functions, and supporting the end-to-end planning cycle to drive inventory optimization and service level improvements. Key Responsibilities: Execute and maintain demand planning activities within the SAP IBP system on a weekly and monthly basis. Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply planning, and finance teams to gather inputs and align forecasts. Analyze historical sales data and market trends to improve forecast accuracy. Support the monthly demand review process, including the preparation of data, reports, and dashboards. Monitor forecast performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Assist in identifying gaps and inconsistencies in demand signals and work to resolve issues proactively. Generate and distribute regular demand planning reports to key stakeholders. Maintain planning master data, such as product hierarchies and planning attributes, in IBP. Contribute to cross-functional projects to enhance planning capabilities and support business growth Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Chemistry or related field. 0–2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or data analysis preferred. Excellent Business level written and spoken English, any additional major European language skills in addition to English would be beneficial Familiarity with SAP IBP or similar advanced planning systems is a strong advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced planning environment.
