Position Summary: This role, in conjunction with the EU market team, is responsible for coordinating and leading sales activities in assigned industries, focusing on applications such as corporate events, concerts, festivals, public events, broadcasting rentals, virtual applications, mainly related to Rental and Staging LED product lines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement business development strategies for the assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and generating leads to meet or exceed targets. Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain relationships with customers to expand sales. Forecast sales activities and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team. Establish annual industry business plans, including target customer development strategies. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Travel daily to engage with rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and individuals, and coordinate with distributors. Stay informed about new products and services relevant to customers. Gather and communicate feedback from field activities to HQ, including product, marketing, sales, and service insights. Prepare monthly and quarterly industry situation reports. Manage communication with customers and HQ during project implementation. Other Duties: Host customer visits to China HQ. Participate in marketing events like seminars and trade shows. Coordinate with the HQ sales team for the EU market. Perform additional duties as required. Required Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. At least 5 years in B2B sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in the AV industry. Over 3 years’ experience in projects related to the role’s markets with sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities. Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Excellent client orientation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to perform under high-pressure environments. Language Requirements: Fluent written and verbal skills in German, English, Dutch, or Italian. Note: You need to be based in Italy, as your business activities will be country-specific.
