Job Description What you’ll do… Support the daily operations of our Front Office, leading and inspiring reception staff to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure. Lead by example, motivate your team, and empower them to provide excellent service, fostering an environment of confidence and support. Contribute to the hotel's success by managing rates, overbooking levels, and ensuring the hotel is full and guests are satisfied. Ensure smooth operations and appearance, working with the team to resolve any issues promptly. Qualifications What we’re looking for… Individuals who are authentic and bring their unique personality to work. A passion for hospitality, whether through drinks, meals, events, or accommodations. A positive attitude and a desire to leave guests with memorable experiences. Ability to work collaboratively, leaving egos at the door. Willingness to try new approaches and learn new skills. A fun, team-oriented mindset that enjoys sharing laughs and supporting colleagues. Experience with Opera or similar front desk systems and GDS knowledge is a plus. Natural leadership skills, leading by example and fostering a supportive team environment.
