Support IT hardware/software upgrades, system architecture, configuration, and baseline management on MOC systems. Provide technical support for web-based Command and Control (C2) applications and user access. Recommend improvements for application and system utilization, including COP management and network connectivity with joint/multinational systems. Support fast-paced operational environment; suggest networking strategies and improvements. Assist in network testing following system upgrades and modifications. Support Information Assurance (IA) policies, including IA systems, Endpoint Security Solutions, HBSS, cybersecurity inspections, and ACAS administration.
