Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage project teams effectively. The IT Project Manager will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Requirements: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance Lead and motivate project team members, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback Support the Technology Business Unit on business development and proposals Professional Background & Experience: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role (preferably in the LS industry) Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of Veeva, SAS, Argus is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Master’s degree in a related field Experience in IT infrastructure and cloud computing projects Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) Fluent in English This position may require occasional travel and working outside regular hours to meet project deadlines.
