ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for product introductions and manufacturing performance for new and sustaining AI/ML, GPGPU, and hardware accelerator-based server and storage platforms. Organize teams and drive solutions for complex problems across various technical areas (hardware, software, firmware, performance, interoperability). Communicate complex issues clearly and effectively at all organization levels. Balance technical skills, judgment, and business acumen in decision-making. Develop and maintain relationships with peers, leadership, customers, and partners. Provide technical leadership and support across manufacturing sites. Share best practices across Jabil facilities. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Guide teams in resolving complex product, process, and material issues using analytical methods. Partner with operations to improve FPY, test throughput, and repair yield. Serve as the technical interface for product introductions and manufacturing performance. Contribute to debugging, training, and operational support. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge Requirements Deep understanding of server, storage, networking, GPGPU, and PCIe architectures. Experience with server management, OS, drivers, firmware, and hardware interactions. Proficiency in Linux OS, scripting, and related applications. Education & Experience BSc in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related; MSc preferred. 8 years in hardware product development with enterprise server, storage, or networking products. Experience in multi-site and multicultural environments. Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous settings. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
