About the role We are seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee all facets of the restaurant at Four Seasons Firenze. The manager will ensure high standards of guest service, staff management, and operational excellence. What you will do Recruit, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline restaurant staff to meet cultural and core standards. Be visible in operations, recognize guests, promote good relations, and handle complaints or special requests. Ensure quality in food, ingredients, and wine, providing an elegant dining experience. Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management. Collaborate with the Director of Restaurants, Executive Chef, and Sommelier on menu and wine list development. Participate in operational meetings and foster open communication among staff. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and assist with service and reservations as needed. What you bring Academic education or equivalent experience.
