For more information, please visit www.infovista.com The Role & Team: InfoVista Corporation is seeking a sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, excellent technical expertise, the ability to build relationships with customers, and experience in earning customers' trust in complex sales cycles. This position will challenge the successful candidate to excel in a variety of areas and offer significant opportunity for reward and growth. As the Account Director for Service Providers, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, enhancing current client relationships, and developing new business with prospective clients. The candidate will need to have a “hunting” persona for new logos and expansions in existing client base. In this role, the candidate will build on their background in service assurance, network testing/optimizations, and other telecom technologies to establish credibility with existing customers, partners, and prospects. The candidate will navigate within customers' organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision-makers, become their trusted advisor, and grow the current footprint by driving innovation, automation, and value. The Account Director will work closely with customers and partners, influence them, and interface with Infovista’s Product Development and Professional/Technology Services organizations to ensure successful customer deployments. The candidate will use their sales experience to drive and secure business in very competitive situations, focusing on sales goals. Experience in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions. Experience in closing deals above €1m. Ability to develop key strategies focusing on territory and key accounts. Industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and Senior Management. Strong communication and influence skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate concepts to all levels within customer organizations. Understanding how technical sales influence business cases and coordinating internal resources. Team selling experience; proactive internal communication with presales, product management, R&D, and professional services. Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge in Service Assurance, network testing, and/or other OSS solutions. Knowledge of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations. Personal Skills and Know-How: Strategic thinking, process setup, and building strategic plans for complex deals. Strong analysis, business acumen, and vision. Ability to inspire and demonstrate charisma. Assertiveness to defend company standards and interests. Prioritization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and project management ability. Experience: 7 years building and managing customer/vendor relationships, including with senior executives. Proven track record in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, and Optimization solutions. Strong ability to close deals and meet quotas. Existing relationships with senior leaders at CSPs like Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange, etc. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Why Infovista?
