Product Certification Technician

The Product Certification Technician reports to the Product Certification Manager and is responsible for certifying products according to industry standards specific to a product category and/or equivalent current regulations. Responsibilities Study and apply standards to products Conduct pre-compliance tests Plan and assist with laboratory tests Critically analyze tests based on the product to be certified Prepare technical documentation for certification bodies Study CEE/ExtraCEE standards and their applicability to products Collect and manage technical files Requirements Good command of English Degree in electronic engineering or equivalent, or a technical diploma in industrial engineering Experience in CE testing of electronic equipment • Knowledge of European EMC/RED regulations Preferable experience in one or more of these fields: naval, automotive, industrial, residential J-18808-Ljbffr
