Data Engineer Position Company Overview Join an important multinational product company as a Data Engineer, where you'll work with a dynamic IT department focused on data architecture and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines in Cloud environments, focusing on sales data and e-commerce processes. Manage and optimize data flows on Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure platforms to support analysis and reporting. Support the implementation of Cloud solutions for data management and processing. Ensure data quality and performance, resolving any issues in data flows. Assist in preparing data for advanced analysis and reporting. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational or consulting companies. Basic knowledge of SQL and programming languages such as Java, Python, C#. Familiarity with ETL, Data Warehousing, and data management. Basic understanding of Cloud computing (Google Cloud, Azure) and major Cloud services. Interest in leveraging data to enhance customer experience and optimize business processes. Preferred Skills Experience with Google BigQuery, Azure Data Factory. Knowledge of data processing tools like Airflow, Apache NiFi, Camel. Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Looker. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases in e-commerce contexts. Ability to quickly adapt to new Cloud and Data technologies. Languages Italian (native), English (fluent, written and spoken).
