The role involves data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and collaboration with various teams, primarily based in Ravenna, Italy. Main Responsibilities: Partner with plant management to identify cost deviations and savings opportunities. Manage financial reporting of industrial expenses, including monthly forecasts and actuals analysis. Lead the annual Business Plan preparation for plant expenses. Support new initiatives and post-implementation reviews for projects. Ensure compliance with reporting standards and manage inventory documentation. Standardize processes across the market and support automation projects. Candidate Profile: Degree in Finance, Management, or Business. Approximately 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SAP, Tableau, and other analytical tools. Fluent in English and Italian. Strong analytical skills and global business understanding.
