Job Description

Job Opportunity: Back Office Area Assicurativa We are seeking candidates with experience in the banking or insurance sector for a role within a leading insurance company operating internationally. The position involves providing remote assistance to banking advisors involved in selling life insurance products, supporting other company functions, and communicating with clients to provide information related to their policies. Responsibilities include: Managing email requests from banking advisors. Handling inquiries via dedicated phone service. Supporting core activities such as settlements, variations, and regulatory compliance. Interacting with different company functions to manage client and advisor relationships. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in economics, legal services, or political sciences (preferred). Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Positive, consultative attitude with strong communication skills. Proficiency in IT tools, especially Microsoft Office. Motivation, proactivity, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills. Location and Working Hours: Mogliano Veneto, full-time (37 hours/week). After initial training, remote work up to 3 days a week, including one fixed day on Friday. Contract Offer: 12-month fixed-term contract with a gross annual salary of €29,000, CCNL Ania, and €7 tickets, including remote work options. *Grafton Banking & Insurance is a specialization of Gi Group Spa, authorized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies.
