The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying innovative business solutions by understanding and anticipating the needs of existing clients, recognizing their goals and objectives. The role requires knowledge of the client's production process (existing or potential) and the ability to identify their real needs, acting as a specialist in company products and implementing the most effective technological solutions. Responsibilities include organizing resources, assigning tasks and responsibilities, defining timelines and budgets, monitoring project progress during planning, execution, and maintenance phases, facilitating communication between client and company, and creating performance reports for area managers. Responsibilities Manage client relationships during initial needs analysis and goal checks. Design, customize, or revise business products and solutions. Develop project plans for implementation and deployment, ensuring system integration and feasibility. Create technical-functional specifications. Define effort and timelines, managing projects with technical, commercial, and client teams. Identify and implement security measures during the project cycle. Draft functional specifications and documentation for developers and system maintenance. Advance product evolutions related to customer experience. Adhere to company processes with the manager's guidance. Accurately define and meet the deadlines for assigned tasks. Requirements Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience in similar roles within structured IT companies. Proficiency in English.
