Position Overview To support and further develop our IT applications department, we are seeking a full-time, permanent IT Developer (m/f) based in Lana or Laas, Italy. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and document IT solutions. Ensure data accuracy and completeness. Maintain and expand the ERP system and group-level interfaces. Fix errors in programs and data structures. Qualifications Training in an IT profession or a degree in computer science. Relevant programming experience, ideally with databases and ERP systems. Knowledge in software project implementation. Desired Skills & Qualities Enthusiasm for IT systems and process optimization. Willingness to take responsibility, work independently, be proactive, creative, and flexible. Willingness to travel. Strong practical orientation. Compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines. Technical understanding with a focus on essentials, strategic and analytical thinking. Structured, goal-oriented work approach.
