Position Summary In coordination with the EU market team, this position oversees the management and leadership of sales activities in the assigned industries. Main applications include corporate events, concerts, festivals, public events, broadcasting rental, virtual applications, mainly for Rental and Staging LED product lines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and generating leads to meet or exceed targets. Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain relationships to expand sales. Coordinate sales forecasting and performance goals with the EU team. Establish annual industry business plans and target customer strategies. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Travel regularly to develop business, approaching rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and professionals, and coordinate with distributors. Stay informed about new products and services relevant to customers. Gather and relay feedback from field activities to HQ, including product, marketing, sales, and service insights. Prepare monthly and quarterly industry reports. Maintain communication with customers and HQ during project execution. Other Duties Host customer visits to China HQ. Participate in marketing events and trade shows. Coordinate with the HQ sales team for the EU market. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Education / Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. At least 5 years in B2B sales & marketing or project management, preferably in AV industry. Over 3 years’ experience in project-related roles in the target markets. Specialized Knowledge / Skills Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Customer-oriented problem-solving skills. Ability to perform under high-pressure environments.
