Reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Development, you’ll collaborate across departments—Product Development, Marketing, Regulatory, and Sales—to lead projects from concept through launch. ???? Manage product lifecycle from concept through production. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timelines and success. Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive customer-focused innovation. ???? Product Costing Oversee and update costing models (labor, packaging, materials). Validate accuracy with production teams. Ensure pricing aligns with margin benchmarks and market competitiveness. ???? Category Management Analyze category trends and identify new opportunities. Build strategic plans to expand and optimize the product line. ⚙️ Efficiencies Drive continuous improvement in product development processes. Respond promptly to RFQs and maintain accurate costing data. ???? Team Development Mentor junior associates and foster team growth.
