Purchase Ledger

Your new company An evolving Group organisation with a head office based in Carlisle, an industry leader with an expanding customer base, currently seeking a temporary Purchase Ledger to support an increased workload, for a period of approximately 4 weeks. Full-time candidates are preferred, but part-time candidates will be considered for a minimum of 4 days. Your new role Working as part of a small team, you will support the Purchase Ledger function across 4 trading legal entities to ensure efficient processing of invoices, credits and payments. Duties will include: Accurately coding invoices and credit notes on various accountancy packages. Match invoices to purchase orders. Creation of new supplier accounts and maintenance of existing accounts. Completion of supplier statement reconciliations.What you'll need to succeed Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
