As Senior Operations Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the management accounts and operational reporting for multiple manufacturing sites and logistics division. In Return You’ll Receive: Generous starting salary plus bonus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Free Gym, eye tests & flu jabs Subsidised canteen A great opportunity to develop your career with excellent long-term opportunities Senior Operations Accountant Responsibilities: Deliver accurate weekly and periodic manufacturing and logistics P&Ls for multiple sites Reconcile COGs and gross margin, investigating variances and discrepancies Responsible for weekly operational variance reporting, direct and indirect labour analysis and fixed costs Review weekly PI counts & stock reporting to support purchasing and operational forecasting Business partner Senior Manufacturing and Logistics managers ensuring delivery of accurate and timely financial information Lead and develop operational reporting packs including commentary to identify and drive operational efficiencies Deliver insightful analysis on financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting and systems.
