About the Role We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance to lead financial operations and play a key role in shaping the company’s future. This is a critical leadership position reporting to the Board and senior leadership team. You will be responsible for: Delivering timely and accurate financial and management reporting Ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Driving continuous improvements across systems, processes, and controls Supporting strategic decision-making through robust financial analysis Partnering with stakeholders across the group This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a mission-driven organisation, combining technical rigour with commercial insight. About You You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) with a strong technical foundation and a proactive, forward-thinking mindset.
