As a credit brokerage we aim to make things easy by searching the market in order to provide our customers with the most competitive leasing offers that we can locate via our superbly strong network of partners. We are looking for a Customer Service Exec to help support our continued growth and bolster our busy CS department. Role purpose * To process customer orders * Ensure that the correct finance documents are in place ensuring that the customer receives the correct the vehicle * Ensure that customer queries are resolved in line with service level agreements * Taking a proactive approach to ensure orders are processed as quickly as possible to the customer’s satisfaction. * Consistently monitoring the funder systems and promptly responding to ensure there are no unnecessary delays, including maintaining regular contact with the dealership throughout the Who we are looking for * Resilience - the ability to work well under pressure and consistently deliver high-quality work * An openness to embrace change & adaptable: a positive mindset and attitude to adjust to changes to ensure continuous improvement. * A willingness to learn with a desire to acquire new knowledge and develop skills. * IT literacy is essential
