We are looking for a Customer Service Exec to help support our continued growth and bolster our busy CS department. Role purpose * To process customer orders * Ensure that the correct finance documents are in place ensuring that the customer receives the correct the vehicle * Ensure that customer queries are resolved in line with service level agreements * Taking a proactive approach to ensure orders are processed as quickly as possible to the customer’s satisfaction. * Consistently monitoring the funder systems and promptly responding to ensure there are no unnecessary delays, including maintaining regular contact with the dealership throughout the Who we are looking for * Resilience - the ability to work well under pressure and consistently deliver high-quality work * An openness to embrace change & adaptable: a positive mindset and attitude to adjust to changes to ensure continuous improvement. * A willingness to learn with a desire to acquire new knowledge and develop skills. * IT literacy is essential
