Automation Project Manager

Discover International has partnered with a global business successfully delivering automation solutions for 30 years to various industries. This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative automated machinery projects. Responsibilities: Lead and deliver various projects within the given scope and budget Define key project milestones and allocate sufficient resources. Coordinate technical departments to ensure all aspects of the project are under control. Schedule and supervise shipping, commissioning, and installation, including on-site management at customer premises. Maintain up-to-date project plans and documents. Drive continuous improvement activities. Manage project changes impacting scope, schedule, and budget. Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Project management tools, e.g., MS Project. Required/Desirable skills: Several years of strong project management experience in Automation Equipment Manufacturing, Robotics, or High-tech Machinery building environment. Proven track record of successful project delivery with multi-disciplinary teams. Understanding of capital equipment engineering systems and automation. Proactive, can-do attitude with personal drive and motivation. Excellent communication skills at all levels within the team, wider business, and suppliers.
