What will you be doing? Proofreading and editing technical reports for clarity, grammar, and format consistency Supporting initiatives to improve and streamline internal reporting processes Managing document workflows across projects with international teams Handling light administrative duties within the UK office Collaborating with engineers, scientists, and stakeholders in the UK and Denmark Are you the ideal candidate? Strong English writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail Confident using MS Office, Adobe Pro, and SharePoint Experience in proofreading technical or formal documents Able to manage tight deadlines and multiple tasks with a focused mindset Open to learning new technologies, including AI tools What’s in it for you?
