Yard Operative

Tardis Environmental UK Ltd are a well-established portable welfare/toilet and tanker hire business that operate a large fleet of HGV and LGV vehicles across various locations situated throughout the UK. We hire temporary waste and water solutions from 1000ltr waste and water storage tanks up to 30.000ltr storage tanks. Currently members of FORS and hold Gold accreditation. We are currently looking to recruit a Yard Operative based at our Telford Depot to assist with the day-to-day activities associated with the equipment we hire out Salary: £12.21 per hour Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday Requirements: Forklift truck experience preferred but not necessary Job Role: Yard Operative will look after the day to day running of the depot Cleaning/preparing plant, portable toilets and bowsers ready for hire Yard Operative will keep the depot clean and tidy Responsible for site security Yard Operative will assist with scanning documents for head office Assisting with Health & Safety What we offer Salary of £12.21 per hour Minimum 40 per week (overtime available in busy periods) Full time permanent employment Weekly pay Full practical training Full PPE & Uniform 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) Work place pension scheme Ability to earn additional holidays Refer a friend scheme Incentive programs Great working environment What we need from our Yard Operative Can do attitude Able to self-manage Forward thinker and problem solver A degree of flexibility Knowledge of Health & Safety Flexibility Want to be part of a great team - to have the opportunity to join our team submit your CV to be considered for an immediate interview or call our HR department on 0800 731 0589.
