IT Systems Administrator Located near Twickenham, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Systems Administrator to join an established IT team. The successful candidate will undergo an enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks Role Responsibilities: System Management: Oversee the integrity, security, maintenance, and availability of the schools IT systems. Technical Expertise: Manage Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, LDAP, VPN, and support large-scale environments. Project Leadership: Lead small-scale system projects and improvements, providing technical training to team members. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with vendors, management teams, and the IT Systems Manager. Daily Operations: Conduct daily checks, vulnerability reviews, and resolve system issues to maintain system integrity. Skills and Experience: 5 years experience in similar roles, with hands-on experience in VMware, Windows Server, MacOS management using MDM, FortiGate Firewalls, Aruba Switching and Wireless, and Veeam Backup. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work independently. Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
