Key Responsibilities Lead month-end close , ensuring accurate management accounts and reporting Deliver detailed balance sheet reconciliations and monthly financial packs Manage payroll, pensions, and supplier payments end-to-end Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure compliance across both sites Liaise directly with senior stakeholders and head office to support strategic decisions Provide day-to-day leadership to a small team Ensure ongoing financial controls Your Background ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or QBE Strong Excel skills Confident communicator, proactive problem-solver, able to work independently If you're a finance professional who enjoys autonomy, variety, and ownership - and you want to be part of a business that genuinely values work-life balance and long-term careers - then we want to hear from you.
